Hall of Fame Fashion
DC Fashion Week hit its 30th Cycle of shows -- now bi-yearly -- over the decades many local designers first started their careers showcasing at one of these fashion weeks. Under Founder and Designer, Ean Williams' tutelage, the DC Fashion Weeks have grown tremendously in popularity and reach.
This Cycle, Ean Williams decided to kick off the Opening Night honoring what he considers to be the best of DC-based design talent.
All of the evening's participating honorees have all graced the runway with their designs. Mr. Williams also states that these same designer honorees continue to be contributing factor's to DC's creative economy.
On February 22, at the he Washington Court Hotel, D.C., 17 designers presented their current designs and it was an eclectic range of styles all impeccably presented.
